The Consultation
Our team will set up an appointment to meet you personally at your convenience. This meeting will help us understand your ideas, requirements, and concerns. Overall, we will be discussing every aspect to make your reception a successful one. We will sample many styles of music, from cocktail to dancing, for your evening. Our extensive music library covers over 250,000 songs, ranging from the 1930s to today.
Depending on your wants/needs/budget, we'll help you pick out that perfect package along with options, to best highlight you and your ideas. We will put together a plan for your wedding day just the way you imagined it!
Your Reception
To turn your well-planned ideas into reality, we'll arrive at the reception location in advance, so we don't interfere with your guests' arrival. This will give us time to set up our sound system, do a soundcheck, and get changed into the proper attire for the evening.
As your master of ceremony, we'll coordinate your evening with all parties involved from start to finish ensuring that all announcements run smoothly and on time. We'll introduce the bride and groom/partners with a grand entrance. We'll also guide your guests through the cutting of the cake, traditional dances, and dancing the night away!
